PDF and HTML are both file formats. For articles, the PDF and HTML files both contain the same text but there are some differences between the two. A PDF shows you what the actual article looks like (almost like a photocopy of it) and will have the actual page numbers that appeared in the article in print.
How to Convert CHM to PDF on Windows Double-click your CHM file to open it with Microsoft HTML Help Executable. Then click the Print button, select one print option in the Print Topics box, and click OK. In the pop-up Print window, select Microsoft Print to PDF as Printer. Then click Print to create your PDF file.

How to convert HTML to PDF quickly using the Acrobat extension for your web browser: Open the HTML web page in your Microsoft, Google, or Mozilla browser. Select Convert to PDF in the docHub PDF toolbar. Name the file and save the new PDF file in your desired location.
How to convert HTML pages into PDF files: On a Windows computer, open an HTML web page in Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Firefox. Click the Convert to PDF button in the docHub PDF toolbar to start the PDF conversion. Enter a file name and save your new PDF file in a desired location.
To save a web page as a PDF Open the page you want to save. Tap the menu (three-dots) button in the toolbar. icon at the bottom. Tap Save as PDF.
