After research I found an easy solution: Go to Settings, then select Apps. On left side, Select Default Apps. Under Default Apps, Select Set Default By Apps highlighted in blue. Select docHub, then select Manage. Change the . pdf from Chrome to docHub by clicking on the chrome symbol.
You can use any browser like Firefox, Safari or Chrome to open the file. Once selected, the contents of the CHM file will appear. You can browse the documentation in the CHM file like you would a regular website.
How to convert HTML files to PDFs. Open the HTML web page in your Microsoft, Google, or Mozilla browser. Select Convert to PDF in the docHub PDF toolbar. Name the file and save the new PDF file in your desired location.
How to Convert CHM to PDF on Windows Double-click your CHM file to open it with Microsoft HTML Help Executable. Then click the Print button, select one print option in the Print Topics box, and click OK. In the pop-up Print window, select Microsoft Print to PDF as Printer. Then click Print to create your PDF file.
