Well, think of it as when the electric company sends you a bill every month. They customize your bill with your name, your address information. Im going to show you how to do something similar to that. Lets say you want to send out envelopes. Lets say you want to send out a letter or maybe you want to send out an e-mail and each individual one has custom information that you want to include on there. Thats what we can do with mail merge, so lets jump right on into. And as were getting started here, just as full disclosure, I work at Microsoft. To delete your emails: Sign in to Spectrum Email. Select the checkboxes next to email(s) you want to delete. Select the Delete icon (top bar).
You can forward the emails you receive in your Spectrum mailbox to a third-party email account (for example, Gmail).Select Account (left). Under the Email Forwarding section, select the toggle button to turn it on. Enter an email address in the box and select Add. Check your email at the email account(s) you added.
If youre a Spectrum Internet customer and you want a Spectrum email account, you can request it using your Spectrum online account. Once youve set up your master email account, you can add up to five email addresses. If you dont already have one, youll need to create a username for your online account.
How to Mass Delete Charter Emails? Sign in to your Spectrum webmail account. Click on any folder to load Spectrum Charter emails. Select the emails that you want to erase. Click the Delete button to start erasing emails.
To select and delete nonconsecutive emails, click the first email, press and hold the Ctrl key, click each email that you want to delete, and then press the Delete key.
Sign in to Spectrum Email. Select Purge All next to the Trash folder. When prompted, select OK.
