in this example I have a directory called proofs and inside this directory there are four PDF documents each of them have a lot of comments so this document has 54 comments and all the other documents have a lot - I think this one has maybe over 100 note that Im using docHub the 2015 release in this particular version now the comments of course are offer different authors what I would like to do is can hear my baby in the background merge these 96 comments into this document so that 96 + 54 I have about 150 documents of comments and I want all the comments to be in this file but I want to see that who the the what authors the comments are from so Ill basically want to merge these documents together the document is the same the comments are different ok so to do that Im gonna close file number 2 and from file number 1 in the comments menu which in my case I accessed by saying tools and comment theyre different docHub layouts so your menu may not look exactly li
