And the collection by affidavit is probably the second most popular or common small estate filing at least for our firm in the North Carolina probate system. And its essentially a small estate filing for non-spouses if the estate is worth less than $20,000, at or less than $20,000. It essentially allows for the crossing of Ts and dotting of Is for just miscellaneous personal property that wasnt beneficiary designated, could not be beneficiary designated or was just in the name of the deceased when they passed it could not otherwise be transferred.
