Click on Insert and from the dropdown menu, select Table. In the left corner of the toolbar, the table options will appear. Your cursor will appear in the first cell, and you can simply start typing, or copy and paste some text into the fields.
The hidden attribute hides the element. You can specify either hidden (without value) or hidden=hidden. Both are valid. A hidden element is not visible, but it maintains its position on the page.
Usually, to hide an element from view, you use the display property and set it to none. But CSS also has a property called visibility, which hides elements in a different way. In particular, we use visibility: collapse here, which is designed especially for hiding table columns and rows.
Typically, a heading style has been applied to the paragraph containing the text or image, and thus it gets reported in the TOC where the TOC is set up to display text in several levels of headings. Changing the paragraphs style back to a body text style then updating the TOC solves that problem.
To convert a Table to Text: Select the cells you want to convert. Copy. Click the Text button in the button bar to open a new Text Box. Click in the placeholder text, then Paste. The result will be a tab delimited list of the items copied.
