To maximize image quality in the final PDF, ensure images have high resolution from the start. Change default quality settings in Word by going to File Options Advanced, then selecting High fidelity resolution and not compressing images in the file.

Make sure the document is not too large docx to PDF format failed. The size of the file, [11437522] bytes, exceeds the maximum size 10485760 bytes specified for Word conversions.
