In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF that you want to compress. Choose File Export. Click the Quartz Filter pop-up menu, then choose Reduce File Size.
Sign in to a service such as docHub, Apple, or Google to continue to your file. When the thumbnails of the pages appear, drag and drop the thumbnails to reorder in your desired sequence. Click the Save button and then rename the file. Download the PDF or share it via a link or email.
Locate the file or folder that you want to zip. Press and hold (or right-click) the file or folder, select (or point to) Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder. A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location.
Compress a file or folder: Control-click it, then choose Compress from the shortcut menu.

Here are some ways to reduce the size of a ZIP file: Compress files using maximum compression: Most ZIP utilities offer different compression levels. Remove unnecessary files: Check if there are any files in the ZIP file that are not required.
