Save one page with Windows: Open your PDF in Edge. Navigate to File Print, then select Microsoft Print to PDF. Under Page Range, select the page number you want to save separately. Click Print. A dialog box will appear. Choose your desired location for the new file and select Save.

One way to do this is to open the PDF file (for example, in Microsoft Edge, or docHub Reader). Then, you can go to File Print, then select the Microsoft Print to PDF printer. Choose the pages you would like to split from the original PDF, enter this in the Page Range you would like to print, and then press Print.
Once all the desired pages are selected, right-click on any of the selected thumbnails and choose Delete from the context menu. Remember to save the changes: Finally, dont forget to save your edited PDF document by clicking on the Save icon located at the top left corner of the PDF viewer window in Microsoft Edge.

Click on the Print button to proceed. In the Save Print Output As dialog box, choose the location where you want to save the extracted pages and provide a name for the new PDF file. Under the Pages section, specify the page range you want to extract. For example, if you want to extract pages 2 to 5, enter 2-5.
