(😃) Alright welcome back, so as I said sometimes your video or file size gets too large and you gotta send it over the internet, to someone, or to upload on youtube, Facebook, or to share through Dropbox or GDrive; definitely you gotta upload! And when you do, and your internet connection isnt well, then problems occur! If the file is 2GB, uploading is much difficult. So, today we shall see a tool, quite easy to operate. Through which you can compress your video without losing too much of the quality, meaning without affecting it you can minimize the size of your file! And well do it with a software called HandBrake. 1. To compress all pictures in your document, on the ribbon, select File Compress Pictures (or File Reduce File Size). 2. To compress only selected pictures, hold down SHIFT, click the pictures you want to compress, and then click Compress Pictures on the Picture Format tab.

The simplest is to re-save your file as a reduced-size PDF. In the latest version of docHub, open the PDF you wish to re-save as a smaller file, choose File, Save as Other, and then Reduced Size PDF.
Go to File Options Save. Under Preserve fidelity when saving this document, do either of the following: Make sure that Embed fonts in the file is not selected. If you do embed fonts, select Embed only the characters used in the document (best for reducing file size) and Do not embed common system fonts.
To zip (compress) a file or folder Locate the file or folder that you want to zip. Press and hold (or right-click) the file or folder, select (or point to) Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder. A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location.
Change the default line spacing in Word Go to Home Line and Paragraph Spacing. Under Spacing, choose an option in the Line spacing box. Adjust the Before and After settings if you want to change spacing between paragraphs. Select Set as Default. Choose All documents based on the Normal template. Select OK.
