How to resize a JPEG using an Android phone and the Photo Picture Resizer app Download and the Photo Picture Resizer app on your device. Using the Select Photos button, open your image. In the dimension options window, you can choose one of the pre-selected sizes.
Convert JPG to PDF in Windows 10 Open the JPG file you want to convert. Click CTRL+P to bring up the Print dialog box. Click the Printer icon to open a dropdown list. Select Microsoft Print to PDF. Click Print. In the new dialog box, your document now has the PDF file extension.

There are just a couple of steps to resizing a PDF image on Mac Preview. Launch the Preview app on your Mac and click the Show Markup Tool button (if the markup toolbar does not show up). Click the Adjust Size button. Type the new values for the height and width, or click the Fit into pop-up menu and select a size.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF you want to compress. Choose File Export. Click the Quartz Filter pop-up menu, then choose Reduce File Size.
Convert JPG to PDF at 200 KB or Less Go to the JPG to PDF tool, drag and drop your JPG in. Drag and drop your JPG in. Click Convert. Select Compress and choose Basic compression. Download your converted and compressed PDF!
Right-click the image and choose to Open with. Select Preview from the drop-down menu. Once the image is opened, in the top menu, click File and pick the Export as PDF option.
