Hi, YouTube, Today we are going to discuss how to reduce size and speed up of Excel file. This is very special trick, you cannot find it over the Internet for the solution. The size of our file is 10MB, But the file has not too much data in it First of all, we will copy the file, to save the original one. I have created a folder on Desktop, lets copy MYFILE file in the folder. Rename the copied file as ORIGINAL Now make another copy of ORIGINAL file and rename the copy file as Copy Now we will work on the Copy file :) Lets open the Copy file Now check its loading time, loading percentage etc, mark the time :) still loading :) Finally, the Copy file is opened, but we have to Enable Editing to work over it. mean we have to wait again After two minutes the Copy file is opened, Lets test the speed of the worksheet to click fast mouse from cell to another Zoom in zoom out perfomance Look Excel is not responding due to poor perofmance Check out next spread sheets This is OK This seems
