Your email signature is one of the main things people use to identify your emails, so knowing what to include in an email signature is important. The easiest way to create a handwritten signature is to draw it directly on the touchpad of your mobile device. Open your document in the docHub app on your mobile device. Select the Pencil icon in the lower right corner of your screen, then choose Fill Sign.
Because your signature identifies you, it should be consistent. It doesnt have to be your full name unless youre specifically trying to match a previous authorized signature. You can choose to use just your initials instead, as one example.
Left-click the place in the document where you want the signature line to go. Select Signature Line from the Insert drop-down. A dialogue box should appear. Select the required options and click OK.
