So, I have a very simple document here, and you can see that there are yellow highlights scattered here and there in the document. Now, we want to remove all the highlights before sending it out to external parties, but we dont want to do it manually. So ok, for the first method, we would first need to select all highlights. Now, some of you might be tempted to click on a highlighted text, and then choose select all text with similar formatting, but it will not work. This is because from a technical perspective, highlights are not considered as a type of formatting in Word. So what do we do? Well, just press Ctrl H to open the Find replace dialog box, and then click on the Find box. Now many of you might wonder, why not just press Ctrl F instead? Well, if you press Ctrl F, Word immediately thinks that you want to find all the instances of the current text, so it will n
