if you have a surface pro or windows type tablet and you want to annotate pdfs then microsoft edge is a great tool for that so youll need some kind of pen i have a hp spectre so its a laptop where it folds into a tablet and so you can see the screen here youre actually seeing my tablet folded and in microsoft edge you cant type but you can draw so we can go into our curates here and uh we can use our pen to write our definitions so we can do management of activities and processes resources lets see so we need to erase a little bit and we can race okay activities and processes process activities and resources i seem to have the word processes on the mind activity and resources that create goods or services so you can use microsoft edge if you have a device a tablet that windows tablet that has a pen you can also write on your pdfs that way as well

To make notes on a PDF in Chrome, first open the PDF in Chrome. Then, click on the More actions menu in the upper-right corner of the window and select Add notes. A text box will appear where you can type in your note. You can also change the font size and color by clicking the Text button in the toolbar.
Adding comments using the Add Comments tool Click the options menu (), and choose Add Comments. Select a file you want to comment, and click Add Comments in the right pane.
To add comments to PDF files in docHub, simply open the document, click the options menu () in the upper right corner of the toolbar, then click Add Comments. You can also right-click directly on the PDF for the option to quickly Add Sticky Note, or Use Drawing Tool.
Heres how: Open the PDF in Microsoft Edge. Select Edit in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Select the blank fields you want to edit and type in your text.
If you cant comment on a PDF, its likely that the document has been secured by the creator to restrict commenting. Youll need permission from the owner to change these settings.
Using Microsoft Edge PDF Viewer If you browse a pdf and open it, the annotation options will be available right inside the browser. If you have a pdf file that you would like to annotate using Microsoft Edge, simply use the Open With option and select the Microsoft Edge option.
Steps to add a comment Select the Add a comment tool from the quick tools menu, and select where you want to place the note. Type text in the pop-up note. You can also use the Select tool to copy and paste text from a PDF into the note. Note: If you close the pop-up note, your text remains.
How to annotate PDF files: Open a PDF in Acrobat and select the Comment tool. Add PDF annotations to your file. You can add text boxes and sticky notes, underline text, strikethrough content, highlight text, and more. Save your file.
