You can quickly combine multiple files into a PDF right from your desktop or a Finder window. On your Mac, click the Finder icon in the Dock to open a Finder window. Select the files you want to combine into a PDF. Control-click the selected files, then choose Quick Actions Create PDF.
The Acrobat Merge PDFs tool lets you create a merged, single PDF document of up to 1,500 pages. You can combine up to 100 files, with each individual file limited to 500 pages.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDFs you want to combine. In each open PDF, choose View Thumbnails to display the page thumbnails in the sidebar. Drag the thumbnails you want to add to the thumbnail sidebar in the other PDF. Command-click to select nonadjacent thumbnails.
With a document open on your Mac, choose File Print. Scroll down in the Print dialog and click Layout. Do any of the following: Pages per Sheet: Choose the number of pages that you want on a printed sheet from the Pages per Sheet pop-up menu.
Simply visit the Acrobat online website and upload the files you want to merge. Reorder the files however you like and then click Merge files. After that, just download the merged PDF. This will combine all the JPGs-turned-PDFs into a single PDF you can easily share or view.
Acrobat converts the pages of the various files into sequential pages of a single PDF. Open Acrobat, and select See all tools. The All tools interface opens. From the All tools interface, under the Create section, select Combine files by selecting its icon or Open.
Open the PDF document. On a Mac, this will open the preview app. Using the thumbnail views, scroll down to the first page that you want to save separately from your PDF. Drag and drop the single page from the thumbnail of the PDF to your Mac desktop.
Select Page Assembly and begin opening the additional PDF files you wish to pull pages from. These will appear in a new window. Select the pages you wish to merge into the existing PDF and select OK or use the drag and drop functionality to place the pages where they should go.
