Preview: Preview is a built-in application on Mac OS X that can be used to combine multiple JPEGs into one PDF file. Simply open Preview, select all the JPEGs you want to combine, then go to File Print and select Save as PDF from the PDF menu.
When Preview opens, press Command+A on your keyboard to select the entire image. Next, press Command+C to copy the image. Now, bear with us: This may seem strange, but it works. Press Command+V to paste the image, and the new copy of your image will cover the original image.
Step 1: Open Preview, go to File Open to open your PDF file first. Step 2: Click Edit Insert Page from File, then choose the image you want to add to the PDF file.
