In this tutorial, we are learning how to convert a completed workflow into a PDF file with workflow history and contacts included. Call of Eight's workflow history publishing feature allows you to publish summaries in different ways for viewers, with time stamps, digital signatures, and approved document contents. You can see two files already created - a project proposal and project action plan, both approved. The documents have been submitted using the multi-file process feature of Call of Eight. Simply select the documents you want to submit and click the process button.
