Select the duplicate records, and then click Merge. In the Merge Records dialog box, select the master record (the one you want to keep), and then select any fields in the new record that you want to merge into the master record. Data in these fields may override the existing data in the master record. Click OK.
Agents: Merge Contacts in the Messages Module Navigate to Merge Suggestions. In the Channels tab, scroll down to the bottom of the connected Channels list until you come to the Merge Suggestions section. Verify the duplicate profiles. Select key Contact properties. Click on Merge Contact.
The supported object types are Lead, Contact, Account, Person Account, and Individual. You can only merge objects of the same type. For example, leads can be merged only with leads.
Merge Duplicate Leads Open one of the duplicate leads. Click Find Duplicates. Select the duplicate leads you want to merge. Click Merge Leads. Select a Master Record. Select the fields you want to keep for each record. Click Merge to complete the merge. Click OK to confirm.
What happens when I merge two contacts? The primary contact record will remain after the merge. The secondary contact will be merged into the primary record.
Merge duplicates Open your devices Contacts app . At the top right, tap More Select. Choose the contacts you want to merge. At the top right, tap More Merge.
Choose a contact record. A message tells you if duplicates exist for that record. To see them, click View Duplicates. Choose up to three contact records to merge. Click Next. In Salesforce Classic, you can merge only contacts that have the same primary account. The primary account is the account listed in the Account Name field on the contact record. When you merge duplicate leads or contacts, you also associate a data privacy record with the primary record.
In Salesforce Classic Click + (All Tabs) on the Navigation bar. Search for Duplicate Record Sets. Select the Duplicate Record Sets that need to be deleted. Click the Delete button.
