This video tutorial demonstrates how to preserve rich text fields when exporting using Fast Map. By default, rich text fields are converted to plain text, losing the RTF formatting. To preserve rich text, a parameter can be added to the default template configuration file. This file can be accessed from the system files menu, edited to include the parameter, saved, and uploaded back. After this configuration, Fast Map exports the rich text using HTML tags, enabling the preservation of rich text during data migration or loading.
