Create a watermark Select Insert > Header & Footer. Tap on the header and on the Header & Footer Elements tab on the ribbon, click Picture. Select one of the available options to insert your image. In the header, you'll see & [Picture]. Tap anywhere outside the header to see the watermark.
Removes all nonprintable characters from text. Use CLEAN on text imported from other applications that contains characters that may not print with your operating system. For example, you can use CLEAN to remove some low-level computer code that is frequently at the beginning and end of data files and cannot be printed.

It is also an inbuilt function in Excel. Type =CLEAN( in a cell and provide a text as an argument for using this function. Remember, it removes the non-printable character.

Click the File button. In the Insert Picture dialog box, locate the picture file that you want to insert. Select the picture and then select the Insert button. Move the Transparency slider in the Format Shape pane to adjust the picture.
