[Music] hello everyone how are you doing this is mdtech here of another quick tutorial in todays video me show you guys how to fix and repair your Windows registry so this should be a fairly quick tutorial and were gonna jump right into it so this should work for all major versions of Windows so Windows 7 Windows 8 Windows 10 make all newer versions theres more so what Im in and were gonna jump right into it and the first thing I recommend doing would be to create a backup of your registry open up the Start menu type in regedit so our eg EDI t so regedit this man should say regedit re GE di t you want to right click on it and then left were gonna run as administrator if you receive a user account control window you want to select yes you now you wont go up to the top left corner versus file and you want to left-click on it then you want to left click on export you and this will basically make a copy of your breads tree if you ever have to back up to it so for filename you name

All trucking companies with operating authority, even with only one truck, are required to register in the clearinghouse and to conduct a yearly query on each driver. The database is used by law enforcement, driver licensing agencies and carriers to check for driver violations.
Driver violation records will be available in the Clearinghouse for five years from the date of the violation determination, or until the violation is resolved through the successful completion of the return-to-duty (RTD) process and follow-up testing plan, whichever is later.
An act of Congress directed the Secretary of Transportation to establish the Clearinghouse. The Clearinghouse enables employers to identify drivers who commit a drug and alcohol program violation while working for one employer, but who fail to subsequently inform another employer (as required by current regulations).
Step 1: Go to login.gov, click on Sign In in the upper right. Step 2: Log in with your email address, Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse (DACH) password. Step 5: Click on the Delete Account button, click yes you want to delete the account and enter your password to confirm you want to delete your account.

During the login.gov registration process, after 15 minutes of inactivity, the current page will reset any information entered into data fields. Locate the violation and click View Violation Details. Click Request to Remove Violation FMCSA will review the request and, if approved, remove the violation from the Clearinghouse.
