This video tutorial demonstrates how to create and export transparent gifs in Adobe After Effects. To begin, open After Effects and create a new composition named "gif" with dimensions 1920 by 1080 and frame rate 23.976. Drag your footage into After Effects and drop it onto the timeline. If your footage was shot on a green screen, key out the green to remove the background. If not, additional steps may be required to make the background transparent.
