okay so um you may be having issues with trying to open up a csv file that actually displays um a font which is not coming displaying correctly so here i have some russian acrylic fonts that are not being displayed as they should so what i've done is that's a csv file so what i'll do is i'll open up excel open a blank document and then i'll go to data and i'll go from text and then i'll find um the file open and here uh it's it's coming through this is unicode utf-8 i'll press next i'll just need to because it's a csv comma i think there's a csv um added variable or something but in here so i'm just going to click comma as a delimiter and press next and then finish and then okay and here we go so this is all in russian all right so that's how you open a csv and in excel this is windows 2016 version of excel so that's that's how you can do it hopefully that puts you on the right track okay cheers bye
