hello everyone and today we are going to learn how to extract PDF table data like the data on this table here from this PDF document and export it on a CSV format so we can see the document here it is a multi-page document its only one document we have for today the last page is just a blank page and we are going to learn how to extract all that data here and name the file with the inverse number on a CSV format so the first step is to get into Kronos scan and create a new batch and create a new job for that batch lets call it PDF table job and click Next we dont need in teletag nor barcode we leave them unselected and then click Next we have multi image documents we will be splitting them manually and then we will click Next we wont be needing all those fields we just want to extract the invoice number so we just delete all the other ones we highlight them and then click on the delete button here and we do it for each field now we have the only one we need and then we click Next
