Set spell-checking options: Go to File, choose Preferences General, and enable Enable word spell check. Spell check your PDF: Click the Edit button, select a text block, and grammar mistakes will be highlighted with a red line.
How to Check Spelling and Grammar on Your Mac To check spelling: Click Edit Spelling and Grammar Check Document Now from the menu bar. To ignore a misspelling: Control-click an error, which is underlined in red, then select Ignore Spelling.
You can do this by going to Word Preferences Spelling Grammar. If you dont want to check spelling and grammar as you type, you can disable those options and use the manual check instead. You can do this by going to Review Spelling Grammar, or by pressing F7 on your keyboard.
