To insert a page break using a keyboard shortcut, simply press Ctrl+Shift+Enter. This will insert a page break above the active cell. If you want to insert a page break below the active cell, you can press Ctrl+Shift+Enter and then press the down arrow key. This will move the page break below the active cell.
Go to the Page Layout tab and click the Breaks button and then Reset All Page Breaks. Thats it. But, notice that there is still a dotted line on the worksheet, indicating a page break. This means that Excel set the page breaks back to the default setting.
Add a section break Select where you want a new section to begin. Go to Layout Breaks. Choose the type of section break you want: Next Page Section break starts the new section on the following page. Continuous Section break starts the new section on the same page.
