PowerPoint usually defaults to Calibri and this may not be the best fit for every presentation. Many Many experts say to avoid common fonts like Arial, Helvetica, and yes, even Calibri.
If the slides were formatted with local formatting (select text, use FormatFont or Format Paragraph), then the link has been broken. You can usually fix this by clicking the Reset button for every slide. You might see some drastic changes when you do this.
To solve this issue: Click the Replace drop-down arrow, located on the Home tab, in the Editing group, and choose Replace Fonts. Under Replace, choose the font you want to replace, and under With select the new font that youll use. Once youre done, click Replace to apply the changes.
Open Settings. Select Display. Choose Font size and style. Select your choice of Font from the Font Style menu, and youre done.
Option 3: Change Font in Presentation Firstly, go to the View tab and click on Slide Master: Within the left pane of the Slide Master thumbnails, click on slide you want changed: On that slide, click the title or body text you want changed. Close it out and youre done!
Change theme fonts On the View tab, select Slide Master. Then on the Slide Master tab, select Fonts. In the Create New Theme Fonts dialog box, under the Heading font and Body font boxes, select the fonts that you want to use. In the Name box, type an appropriate name for the new theme fonts, and then select Save.
Embed the font in a presentation Go to the main PowerPoint menu on the upper-left corner. Select Options. Go to the Save options on the left. Find the embedding options at the very bottom and check Embed fonts in the file.
Change the default view Click File Options Advanced. Under Display, in the Open all documents using this view list, select the view that you want to set as the new default, and then click OK.
In PowerPoint (or Word) click on the File tab and select Options. In the Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation section disable the Embed fonts in the file check box. Click OK and then save your file, which will immediately remove the fonts from your presentation.
To solve this issue: Click the Replace drop-down arrow, located on the Home tab, in the Editing group, and choose Replace Fonts. Under Replace, choose the font you want to replace, and under With select the new font that youll use. Once youre done, click Replace to apply the changes.
