In QuickBooks Time Go to Approvals. At the right, under the hours, select view details. Do one of the following: To edit: Select Edit , make the changes, and then Save. To delete: Select Delete , then Delete again to confirm.
To enter an amendment, click through Work Periods (pay periods) at the top left corner of the screen. Amendments will be available after the pay period has been locked. When this happens, the Amend button will display at the top of the screen, along with this message: Click Amend to open the timesheet for editing.

If you would like to correct a single time block, select the desired time block. Edit the hours in the Enter Time pop-up window.
To add a new time entry: From the Revise Time task, click on any blank time block on the calendar. The Enter Time pop-up window will appear. 2. Enter the necessary information in the In, Out, and Out Reason fields.

Once you have logged into QuickBooks Desktop, navigate to the Employees tab and select Enter Time to access the timesheet interface. Next, choose the specific employees timesheet and locate the entry that requires editing.
While falsification of an employees time sheet can be a serious offense, it isnt illegal for a supervisor or employer to change an employees time sheet as long as it reflects the correct billable hours that were worked and you notify the employee that youre changing their weekly timesheet.
Employees, within the allowed timeframe for corrections, can delete or correct their own time entries. Timekeepers and Managers can also delete or correct time entries in Workday for workers in the Entering and Submitting Time Entering time and submitting time are two different steps in Workday.
