Find the file you want to rename, select it and select Rename on the ribbon (or press F2 on your keyboard). Type the new name you want the file to have and press Enter.
When a file or folder is still open, Windows doesnt allow users to rename it. Therefore, you must ensure that no files or folders are open and no apps are running in the background while youre renaming. To do that, simply click on the same file again to open it, and it will take you to the already opened tab.
Edit your existing headers and footers Double-click the header or footer you want to edit, or select Header or Footer, and then select Edit Header or Edit Footer. Add or change text for the header or footer or do any of the following: When youre done, select Close Header and Footer or press Esc.
