hey guys welcome to Excel for noobs comm this is just a quick video tip or trick and Microsoft Excel and what it is Im going to show you how to transpose a table in Microsoft Excel and what I mean by transpose as you can see this table we have you know the months January through May laying down horizontally and then vertically we have employees and what we want to do is we want to we dont want to recreate this we just want to transpose it and what that means is that we want the employees to be going horizontally along the rows and we want the months to be in the columns or I mean the columns vertically all right so its very simple and Im going to show you how to do it our one method on how to do it first youre going to select your range of cells which is this entire table and youre going to copy it youre going to go up in the clipboard section of the ribbon and click copy or you could press ctrl C now somewhere in your worksheet preferably probably in the same column this is go
