[Music] i have an issue that pops up occasionally its pretty much whenever i reformat my computers in linux where the default application for opening pdfs actually switches to whatever my browser is uh instead of ocular which is actually what i prefer and where this becomes a particular issue is when im reading articles and zotero as a college professor i spend a lot of time in zotero organizing my references and reading articles and things like that so im just going to give a quick illustration of what the problem is i just delved out of this article is about to read it i want to double click on the pdf and watch where it opens so it opens in brave which is the browser that im currently using which is fine i can technically read it there but i like the tools and functionality of ocular much better and basically whats happening is inside the linux system um the the system is being told to open pdfs in a browser instead of an ocular and theres a way to fix this it actually is pret
