Open your PowerPoint file on your Mac. Click File on the top bar, and then you need to select Export on the pull-down menu. Then you should click File Formats, and check PDF. Just click Save, your PowerPoint file will be converted to PDF on mac successfully.
To save as a PDF, go to File, choose Save As, and then choose PDF or XPS. Settings: Slides: This is where you can choose to print all slides, one slide, or a custom range of slides (type the range of slides in the box underneath).

Saving PowerPoint Slides as PDF on Mac One way is to select File Save As and choose PDF as the file format. This will save the slides as a PDF document on your Mac.
In the PowerPoint print dialog, select docHub PDF for the printer. Then, select 2 slides under the Handouts section. You can achieve what you desire by proper configuration of the PowerPoint file(s) prior to printing to PDF. You may have to invest some time in study of PowerPoint via Microsoft tutorials, etc.
On your Mac its just a matter of: File Print. Select the Handouts (2 slides per page) Layout. Click the PDF button select Save As PDF.
