Edit or append document metadata Choose the hamburger menu Document Properties (Windows), or File Document Properties (macOS). Select Additional Metadata. Select Advanced from the list on the left. To edit the metadata, do any of the following, and then select OK.
Click Mark for Redaction in the top menu to mark items you want to permanently remove from the file. You can remove different types of information: Choose Text Images to highlight text and graphics for removal. Choose Pages to mark the current page or a range of consecutive pages for redaction.
Choose the hamburger menu Document Properties (Windows), or File Document Properties (macOS). Select the Description tab, and type the authors name, subject, and keywords. (Optional) Select Additional Metadata to add other descriptive information, such as copyright information.
Just as with editing metadata, removing it is also easy. Select the Security tab in Power PDF. Click Remove elements. Select Metadata and press OK.
Here are the steps: Navigate to the folder holding the images you want to edit. Select the file (or files) you wish to delete metadata from. Right-click and select Properties, then Details. Select Remove Properties and Personal Information . Click Create a copy with all possible properties removed .
Or, you can right-click on the opened PDF file and choose Document Properties in the drop-down window. Remove Metadata: In the Properties window, youll see information like the author, subject, keywords, and more. To remove this metadata, simply delete the text in each field or modify it as needed.
View PDF Metadata Heres how you can do it: 1) Right-click on the PDF and choose Get Info for IOS or Properties for Windows). 2) A new window will appear with the document properties and available metadata. Usually, you will be able to see the date created, date modified, author, and other details.
Edit or append document metadata Choose File Properties, click the Description tab, and then click Additional Metadata. Select Advanced from the list on the left. To edit the metadata, do any of the following, and then click OK.
