there are two ways to edit a transcript record you can either edit through the gradebook or through the transcript in this video im going to be showing you how to edit a transcript grade directly through the transcript you will need admin full access to do this you can see our video on adding staff types for more help next click edit grades start by picking a term in which you want to edit the ones in black are terms that have been added by concluding a gradebook the ones in blue are terms that were manually added next select the student and the class you want to edit you can change the grade here next press save changes and youre done theres one caveat you have to understand if youre editing a grade that came from the grade book a black term not a blue term the grade will revert back to what it was if you were to reconclude the class since the grade originally came from a gradebook if i were to change the grade here from a 75 percent to an 85 percent then reconclude the gradebook

The most common way is to right-click on the chart and select Change Chart Type from the menu. You can also click on the Design tab in the ribbon and then click on the Change Chart Type button.
You can change the style of an existing chart for a different look. For most 2-D charts, you can change the chart type of the whole chart to give the chart a different look, or you can select a different chart type for any single data series, which turns the chart into a combination chart.
On the Design tab, in the Type group, click Change Chart Type. In the Change Chart Type dialog box, click a chart type that you want to use.
Create a chart Click anywhere in the data for which you want to create a chart. Select Insert Charts and the chart type you want. On the menu that opens, select the option you want. To edit the chart (titles, legends, data labels), select the Chart tab and then select Format.
Select the chart and go to the Chart Tools tabs (Design and Format) on the Excel ribbon. Right-click the chart element you would like to customize, and choose the corresponding item from the context menu. Use the chart customization buttons that appear in the top right corner of your Excel graph when you click on it.
You can change the type of chart you think would best represent your data at any time. To change the Clustered Column to Pie, select your chart. On the Chart Design tab, click Change Chart Type Pie Pie. Your new chart type will show in your spreadsheet.
