this is a Photoshop magic minute Im Merediths toddler I want to change the color of this text to something that matches the other colors in my image we can pull color from one of the other layers using the color picker Im going to select the text layer by clicking on it once in the layers panel then going to the character panel I could also go to the text tool and pull up the text tool options click once on the color chip to pull up the color picker the options bar turns to the eyedropper options make sure I have sample all layers selected now when I click on the image Photoshop samples the color from under the cursor I can click and drag across the image until the color I want appears as the selected color if you want to change only certain characters in a text layer then use the text tool to click and drag to select those characters before clicking on the color chip Im going to select the next text layer and play with some more colors
