Select the message, calendar item or task that contains your attachment. Next to the attachment, select the and choose Edit in Browser. If you have Office installed, you will also see the option to Edit in desktop app.
Edit a sent document Open the document, in the top right, click Actions Edit document, and confirm you wish to edit the document.

If the Controls task pane is not visible, click More Controls on the Insert menu, or press ALT+I, C. Under Insert controls, click File Attachment. In the File Attachment Binding dialog box, select the field in which you want to store file attachment data, and then click OK.
