How to retrieve DS-160 form after submission? Log in to the Consular Electronic Application Center System. Then, enter the Application Identification number. Once the number is entered, select the option, `Retrieve an Application. Creating the new application, it will cause the entire previous application to appear.
If you never saved your original application, and it has been more than 30 days since you submitted it, youll need to start over. Go back on the CEAC website and fill in a new DS-160. Print the confirmation page for this new application.
Furthermore, you can find your DS-160 confirmation number (or Application ID) right underneath the barcode. You will need this number throughout the further application process. It is absolutely necessary to print this confirmation page. You must bring it to your consular interview, among other documents.
In order to do so, go into the Consular Electronic Application Center website and select the Embassy or Consulate at which you are applying. Hit Option C-Retrieve Application on the Getting Started page and enter your application ID number. From there you will be able to view and print your confirmation page.
DS-160 Form Fees and Application Process. The DS-160 fee is $160, which covers the cost to submit your DS-160 F-1 visa application to the US government. This fee is separate from the $350 SEVIS I-901 fee that you pay to the Student and Exchange Visitor Program.
Required immigrant visa fees may be paid at the Embassy or Consulate in cash (in U.S. dollar or Indian Rupee) or by a rupee bank draft drawn on a nationalized or foreign bank.
To pay your fee, log into your case in CEAC and click the PAY NOW button under Affidavit of Support Fee or IV Fee on your summary page. Please note you cannot pay these two fees simultaneously; the online system will ask you to pay them one at a time.
