How do I combine certified PDF files in docHub?

Open it and select Tools, Pages, Insert from file. Insert the certified pdfs. Delete the blank page. Save and rename your now-consolidated pdf.

How do I merge certified documents in docHub?

Merge PDFs. Open Acrobat, go to the Tools menu, and select Combine Files. Click Add Files or drag and drop them into the window. Rearrange your files if necessary and choose your output settings. Click Combine to merge your files. Save your new PDF.

The entire point of certification is that a certified document cant be edited. If you want to merge it with another document (unless you use a portfolio) you will first have to remove the certification.
