Facebook Shops product photo size requirements All Facebook Shops images will display in a square 1:1 format. The minimum image size is 500 px square, but 1024 px square produces the best quality.
Choose the right image dimensions But the website builder typically recommends using 2048 by 2048 pixels for square product photos. These high-resolution images give your store a professional and well-rounded look, with great zoom capabilities.
Catalogues can range from 8pp (pages) to over 1000, usually with a separate cover.
8.5 x 11. The #1 most popular size for a catalog is the standard 8.5 x 11. This size gives designers enough space to fill your catalog with details and images of your products.
Medium-sized product images are typically used for individual product pages. These pictures should display the object from several angles, including the front, side, bottom, etc. Typically, the image for medium-sized images shown in detailed product pages is of 640 640 or 800 x 800.
The minimum image size is 500 x 500 px. We recommend 1200 x 628 px for best quality.
For ecommerce images, a good rule of thumb is to try to keep your image file size below 70 kilobytes. That can be difficult at times, especially for larger images.
Facebook For feed placements: We recommend square 1:1 for images and vertical 4:5 for videos. For Stories and Reels placements: Most people hold their phones vertically so we recommend 9:16 to capture the whole screen. For video carousel format: We recommend square 1:1 and consistent ratios for all videos in a carousel.
To ensure that your full width images look good across any device big or small the recommended size is 2400x1600px. Note that devices have different ratio than the one you shoot and it is possible your images will be cropped when viewed on web.
In many cases, the best resolution for printing is 300 PPI. At 300 pixels per inch (which roughly translates to 300 DPI, or dots per inch, on a printing press), an image will appear sharp and crisp. These are considered to be high resolution, or high-res, images.
