alright were an open office and works youre going to show you how to save it as an RTF file which is rich text format put RTF here file to save so real simple Im going to add some formatting and the blow up the text size here change font just so its something different to see copy it and paste just so theres something and then Ill centerline that right align that okay so we now have a file Im going to go up to file and save as its important you save it as im going to select my desktop and again hit my drop down instead of the word or the OpenOffice on the go to rich text format and Im going to save it forward just need to have multiple if you dont this message youre saying save as the alert will only pop up if you already have a file name and file extension that matches the one youre trying to save and if youre actually wanting to replace it clicked yes otherwise click no and rename your file Im going to click yes as we talked about the dot doc you will have it saying ar

There is a keyboard shortcut for Paste Unformatted Text: Ctrl+Alt+Shift V. You can reassign that to some other key combination using the menu Tools - Customize - Keyboard.
From the main menu, choose File Templates Organize. The Template Management window opens. In the box on the left, double-click the folder containing the template that you want to set as the default. Click the template that you want to set as the default.
How do I turn off automatic word completion? Open a text document. From the pulldown menus, select Tools AutoCorrect Options. Select the Word Completion tab. Deselect the checkbox to the left of Enable word completion. Click OK .
Right-click on the file name to display a context menu. Click Delete, and you will get a confirmation dialog.
To turn autoformatting on or off, go to Format AutoCorrect and select or deselect the items on the submenu. While Typing automatically formats the document while you type. If While Typing is deselected, you can select Apply to automatically format the file.
Re: Disable auto conversion to Date Right click Text Modify Numbers Category Text OK. Double click the Text style to apply it to the selected cells.
With the keyboard, press Insert to toggle between overwrite mode and insert mode.
