hi in this video were going to show you how to delete all of the images from a word document all in one shot so we have this 184 page document with multiple multiple images so rather than having to go through and delete them one at a time were going to do it all in one shot here so from the home tab if you go to the editing group youll find replace and what you could do is type in carrot which is shift 6 g or you could go to more special and pick graphic you can see that puts in the same thing so once you have that just click on replace all so its made 138 replacements so it deleted 138 pictures so close this out here and now you can see when i scroll down all the images are gone and its just the text and if you realize you shouldnt have done that you could always do can you control z for undo and then get all your pictures back so once again the home group or home tab editing group replace carrot g replace all and then youll be good to go and all your images will be removed fro

Once gone, email (and attachments) usually cannot be recalled, except with some limited exceptions. (Inside a closed network which allows that, or as listed below). Even if the mail could be recalled, there is no guarantee that it has not been read, printed.
Delete a file attachment from an email message youre composing Open the email that contains the attachment you want to delete. In the Attached box, right-click the attachment, then click Remove. Or select the file in the Attached box, then press the delete key on your keyboard.
If you want to remove an image from your email completely, just click anywhere on the image and click the trash can icon. It doesnt matter what type of image you have or where your image is located in the email - its the same process to remove them.
Insert a picture into the body of an email message Position your cursor where you want the image in your message. In the ribbon, select Insert Pictures. Browse your computer or online file locations for the picture you want to insert. Select the picture, then select Insert.
Right-click on the image you want to save and choose Save as Picture Choose a location where you would like to save the embedded image from Outlook email and click Save. The selected embedded image will be saved.
How to remove files or photos. To remove a file or photo from Files, you must delete the email its attached to: For a file or photo in All, find the corresponding email in your mailbox and delete it. For a file or photo in Sent files, go to your Sent Items folder, find the corresponding email and delete it.
