Click the Trust Center Settings button and select Privacy Options. Enable the Remove personal information from file properties on save option. If it appears grayed out, click the Document Inspector button below, run the Document Inspector, and remove all the documents personal information.
Step 1: Go to File tab. Click Options, select the Trust Center, then click Trust Center Settings. Step 2: Select Privacy Options, then enable Remove personal information from file properties on save. Tips: If this option is gray and you cant enable it, click Document Inspector.
