in this video I will show how to remove a password for a document open the document which is password-protected word prompts for the password enter the password click okay to open the document to remove the password for this document click on file click on protect document click on encrypt with password word displaced the window with the current password for the document blank out the password click OK to remove the password now document is not protected with a password save the document close the document open the document again word wont prompt for a password
