You can press Ctrl + A to select all notes. Click the Home tab in the Ribbon. Select a font size and apply any other formatting youd like in the Font group. Click the Normal button on the bottom right of the PowerPoint window to return to Normal view.
Open the presentation notes using the Notes button in the PowerPoint status bar or by clicking Notes in the ribbon on the View tab. Go to the slide with the notes that you want to delete, click in the Notes area, and remove the text. You can do this quickly by selecting all of the text and hitting your Delete key.
You can add a password so that only authorized users can modify a presentation. Unauthorized users can still open the presentation and then save it by using a different file name. Click File Passwords. Under Password to modify, select the Require a password to modify the presentation check box.
Open the presentation notes using the Notes button in the PowerPoint status bar or by clicking Notes in the ribbon on the View tab. Go to the slide with the notes that you want to delete, click in the Notes area, and remove the text. You can do this quickly by selecting all of the text and hitting your Delete key.
Edit Document Properties, and Personal Information To selectively edit or remove data, click File Info Properties. Click Show All Properties. Delete or edit information.
In your Word, PowerPoint, or Excel file, click File Info Protect (Document, Presentation, or Workbook) Mark as Final.
