Choose Tools Redact. On the Edit menu, choose Redact Text Images. Select the text or image in a PDF, right-click, and select Redact.

Go to the File tab and choose the Properties Description option. You can then view the metadata of the PDF document. You can edit and delete metadata as you want.
Redaction removal from the original PDF file. Open Acrobat Pro and select the PDF file. Click on the Edit tab at the top of the screen. Select Redact Text Images. From there, youll be able to add new redactions or remove the existing ones.
To remove metadata: On the Protect tab, in the Redaction group, click Remove Metadata. A dialog appears, and asks you to confirm that you want to remove all metadata. Click OK.
Select File Options Accessibility and unselect Automatically generate alt text for me under Automatic Alt Text.
