So lets get started and Im going to add a strikethrough to all these seven cells and Im going to select them now Im going to click on this arrow button okay now if you click there this format cells dialog box will pop up and take a look at here effects and here you will find a strikethrough if you check mark this option and click OK and Done. You can see now all these seven cells has been strikethrough. So if you undo that option just click on this arrow again now uncheck this strikethrough option and click OK. Simply close other files that are open in Excel, saving them as necessary. This will clear their parts of the undo history, leaving only the actions for the current file in the history. Then you can undo these actions.

Resolving The Problem Click StartRun type cmd and hit enter or click OK. In the command prompt window that appears, type the following (without quotes) and hit Enter: taskkill /f /im excel.exe. You will notice that all Excel.exe processes are terminated. taskkill /f /im winword.exe.
Right-click and choose the Properties option in the context menu. Switch to the Details tab. Click on Remove Properties and Personal Information at the bottom of the dialog window. Select Remove the following properties from this file.
Click the File tab. Click Info to view the document properties. To add or change properties, hover your pointer over the property you want to update and enter the information. Note that for some metadata, such as Author, youll have to right-click on the property and choose Remove or Edit.
To undo an action press Ctrl+Z. If you prefer your mouse, click Undo on the Quick Access Toolbar. You can press Undo (or CTRL+Z) repeatedly if you want to undo multiple steps.
