Reduce the size of your PDF Images reduce to 72 dpi and flatten. Fonts un-embed as many fonts as possible, especially common ones such as Helvetica, Times, Garamond. Transparencies remove or reduce resolution to low. Discard user-related information (comments, attachments, etc.)
Standard PDFs are not print-ready. They may have poor quality images and colors, which may not print correctly or print at a very low quality. You can use Acrobat Pro to create high-resolution print-ready PDFs from your standard PDFs.
GPU Minimum docHub doesnt list minimum GPU requirements. Instead, users are recommended to use a GPU with at least 2GBs of VRAM this is a type of RAM specifically meant for GPU rendering. If you dont have a dedicated GPU, Premiere Pro is also compatible with integrated graphics.
Acrobat uses only one processor, so it may benefit from the fastest single core. Or not. And it is a 32-bit app so it wont use more than 3GB maximum (and wouldnt need to, and would not speed up from being 64-bit). And it doesnt use the most important tuning component, which you dont mention, the GPU.
In a modern computer the data to be displayed is loaded into memory so that the graphics card can display it, and in some cases the CPU will also help do some of the processing. So the answer to your question is really yes to both.
Open Acrobat and choose Tools Create PDF. Select the file type you want to create a PDF from: single file, multiple files, scan, or other option. Click Create or Next depending on the file type. Follow the prompts to convert to PDF and save to your desired location.
