hi everyone Im Scott Davenport in this video Im going to show you how to create an image file suitable for a watermark in on one photo raw in a previous video I showed you how to add a watermark to your photos on export and I got a few questions about well how do I create the image to use as a watermark well the key elements that you want is your your logo your name and a transparent background and the file format that best suits that is PNG or ping and we can create that in photo raw with layers so lets take a look here Ive got this particular file here it is a JPEG I can see that right there and Ive got a big white background and black text well I want the white background to disappear I just want to have that black text and make that my watermark so I can bring this into layers and the steps are very simple Im going to use the masking tools to get rid of the white now you can take a variety of approaches with this you could use the perfect brush and brush through but its simpl
