Change the starting slide number On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Header Footer. In the Header and Footer dialog box, click the Slide tab. Do one of the following: To number the slide that you currently have selected, select the Slide number check box, and then click Apply.
Add page numbers to slides and notes On the Insert tab, click Header Footer . In the Header and Footer box, on the Slide tab, select the Slide number check box, and then in the Starts at box, type the page number that you want to start with on the first slide. Click Apply to All.
On the View tab, click Slide Master. At the top of the thumbnail pane, click the slide master to select it. Highlight any footer elements (such as date, footer text, or slide number) on the slide master, and then on the Home tab, choose the font formatting you want in the Font and Paragraph groups.
Add slide numbers to your presentation On the Insert tab, select Slide Number. On the Slide tab, check the Slide number box. If you dont want a number to appear on the title slide, also check the Dont show on title slide box. Select Apply to All.
PowerPoint On the View tab, click Slide Master. Click the slide master to change the font on all slides, or click any of the layouts to change the font size on just that layout. On the slide master or layout, select the level of placeholder text for which you want to change the font size.
Choose ViewSlide Master and scroll up to the larger slide at the top of the list of thumbnails. Check that there is a slide number and that its set to the size and color you want. If the slide number is missing, choose Slide MasterMaster Layout and check Slide number.
